Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy

1. General

1.1. As one of the leading Russian companies in the field of information security, JSC DialogueScience strives to ensure confidentiality and security of personal data (hereinafter, PD), and to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens when processing PD.

1.2. This Policy describes principles and approaches used by JSC DialogueScience in processing and ensuring security of PD, and the rights and obligations of PD processing subjects. The Appendices to the Policy include consent forms for the processing of personal data obtained through personal data collection forms on our website.

1.3. When processing PD, JSC DialogueScience strictly complies with the following principles:

  • we process PD in compliance with the principles and rules provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • content and composition of any PD processed by JSC DialogueScience comply with the stated processing purposes. We do not process PD that do not meet the processing purposes;
  • when processing PD, we ensure accuracy, sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance of PD;
  • we do not store PD any longer than required for the purposes of PD processing, as well as by federal laws or contracts to which PD subjects are parties, beneficiaries or guarantors.

2. Confidentiality and Protection of PD

2.1. Employees of JSC DialogueScience get access to PD only to the extent that such access is necessary for them to perform their job duties.

2.2. Employees of JSC DialogueScience who have access to PD must ensure confidentiality of processed PD in accordance with:

  • employment contracts;
  • confidentiality obligations;
  • job descriptions in terms of ensuring PD security.

2.3. Upon request, public authorities may be provided with access to PD processed by JSC DialogueScience to achieve the purposes provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

2.4. We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect PD from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction in accordance with the PD protection laws of the Russian Federation.

2.5. The Appendices to this Policy describe the terms of PD processing within specific business processes.

3. Rights and Obligations of PD Subjects

3.1. We take reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of any existing PD, as well as to delete PD if PD become obsolete, unreliable or redundant or if the purpose of PD processing has been achieved. PD subjects are lible for providing JSC DialogueScience with reliable information, as well as for timely updating the data provided in case of any changes.

3.2. If you, as a PD subject, want to know what PD we store, or wish to add, correct or delete any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated PD, or want us to stop processing your PD, or have other legal claims, you may exercise this right under the applicable laws by contacting us via the contact details provided in Section 4.

3.3. However, in some cases, if you want us to delete your personal data or stop processing them, such request may also mean that JSC DialogueScience will no longer be able to provide you with any services.

3.4. Under the law, in order to fulfill your requests, you may be required to establish your identity (by presenting an original copy of your identification) and requested to provide additional information confirming your relations with JSC DialogueScience (contract number, date of contract, conventional verbal designation and/or other information) or information that otherwise confirms the fact of JSC DialogueScience processing your PD. The applicable laws may impose restrictions and other conditions in respect of your above-mentioned rights.

CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE "REQUEST A CALL" FORM

I, as the personal data subject, under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" voluntarily, by my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by JSC DialogueScience (address: 115230, Moscow, 1st Nagatinsky proezd, 10, building 1), subject to the following conditions:

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; city; phone number; time of contact or other details of a follow-up call.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: enabling data subjects to request a follow-up call.

4. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

5. Data processing will be entrusted to WebTech LLC located at: Tula, F. Smirnova st., 28, room 701.

6. Personal data will be processed for three (3) years after the last interaction with the subject.

CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE "ASK A QUESTION" FORM

I, as the personal data subject, under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" voluntarily, by my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by JSC DialogueScience (address: 115230, Moscow, 1st Nagatinsky proezd, 10, building 1), subject to the following conditions:

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: last name, first name, patronymic of the contact person; phone number; position; e-mail address; name of the organization; text of the request; information contained in the attached file.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: providing data subjects with answers to questions received through the “Ask a Question” data collection form.

4. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. Personal data will be processed for three (3) years after the last interaction with the subject.

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: last name, first name, patronymic of the contact person; phone number; subject matter of the request; position; e-mail address; name of the organization; text of the request; information from the attached file; information contained in the attached file; preferred method of communication.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: receiving feedback from data subjects.

4. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

I, as the personal data subject, under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" voluntarily, by my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by JSC DialogueScience (address: 115230, Moscow, 1st Nagatinsky proezd, 10, building 1), subject to the following conditions:

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: job title; last name, first name, patronymic; e-mail address; phone number; information contained in the CV; additional comments to the CV.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: searching for candidates for the vacant position.

4. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. Personal data will be processed until we select a candidate for the vacant position.

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; e-mail address; phone number; name of the organization; position; comments.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: providing personal consultation to data subjects.

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; e-mail address.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: sending news and other marketing communications.

4. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation equipment.

2. This Consent is granted for the processing of my following personal data: non-special and non-biometric personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; e-mail address; phone number; name of the organization; position; comments.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: registration for events.

4. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

COOKIE POLICY

This Cookie Policy establishes the procedure and terms for the processing of cookies of Website Users by JSC DialogueScience at www.dialognauka.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

We process information on Website Users (including personal data) in accordance with this Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy of JSC DialogueScience.

Our Website uses services for website traffic analysis: Google Analytics from Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”) and Yandex.Metrica from Yandex LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Yandex”). These services use so-called “cookies”: text files that are stored on the user's computer and allow to analyze the use of the Website by the user.

Information on the use of the Website generated by cookies (including the user's IP address, date and time of visit to the website, browser and operating system type, mobile device type and model) may be, inter alia, sent to and and stored by Yandex and Google servers.

In the vast majority of cases, the data received does not allow to identify a specific person, and we do not use the data for this purpose.
